No. Your quote lists every cost. Domain, hosting and premium plugin licenses are billed separately, at cost, and registered in your name.

We ask for a 80% deposit to start and the balance of 20% before launch. Everything is written in your quote.

We can agree payment in your local currency where it is practical. Your quote states the amount and the payment method.

Most standard projects take about 3 weeks from approval to launch. Larger projects with booking, listings or payments take longer, and delays usually come from content or feedback arriving late. Your quote confirms the timeline for your project.

Your logo, text and photos if you have them. If you do not, we guide you on what to prepare. After the first chat you receive a short brief that lists exactly what is needed.

Yes. Your package includes 3 rounds of changes during the design step. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted before any extra work begins.

Yes. Your domain, hosting account and content are in your name, so there is no lock-in. You receive full access at launch.

Yes, a website needs both. They are billed separately, at cost, in your name. We guide you to a suitable option and can set it up with you, and your quote lists the cost.

Yes. The site is built on WordPress, and you receive a hand-over video that shows you how to edit text, images and prices.

Yes. Because you own the site, you can move it. A WordPress site can be moved to another host, and we can help with the move as a separate quote.

Yes. Every site is designed for phones first and tested on mobile before launch, because that is where most visitors arrive.

Yes. We add a click-to-chat button, enquiry forms and booking forms, so customers can reach you in one tap. Every form enquiry is also emailed to you and saved in your website dashboard.

Where a payment provider is available in your country and suits your business, yes. Availability and fees vary by country, so your quote confirms what is possible for you.

We test every site on mobile before launch and share the result with you. We do not promise a fixed score, because results depend on your content and hosting, but we build for speed from the start.

We build every site with a search-ready structure, clear titles and descriptions, and a Google Business setup where it applies. No one can honestly guarantee a ranking, but a fast, well-structured site gives you the best foundation.

A monthly service that keeps your website backed up, updated and monitored, with a short monthly speed report and WhatsApp support. It is agreed in writing, and you can see what is covered on the Care Plan page.

Every package includes support after launch, as stated in your quote. After that, you can edit your site yourself with the hand-over video, or add a Care Plan.

With a Care Plan, we are alerted and aim to respond within 24 hours on working days, then fix the problem or restore a recent backup. Without one, contact us and we will quote the work. No website can be made completely immune to attack, but regular backups and updates lower the risk.
